Food and drug development: Ardra is developing ways to increase iron in a wide range of food products, from iron supplements and beverages to plant-based foods that require added nutrition and flavour. This work has attracted the attention of major CPG brands and emerging innovators developing next-generation fortified foods.
Ardra is also collaborating with the Buck Institute for Research on Aging as part of a team working to significantly cut biomanufacturing costs and production time by developing a comprehensive AI model that can predict microbial behaviour.
